Follow the assessment after AI has produced a draft
An Axxess Scrubber workflow and AutoMynd's Copilot-to-QAgent proposition should be compared using the same unresolved clinical question. Ask the reviewer to trace a finding to its source, request clarification and reject an inappropriate suggestion. Preserve the clinician's responsibility for the final answer. Count manual re-entry and repeated review between systems if a module is proposed. A draft that looks complete in one application can still leave substantial work before the agency accepts the final assessment.

Separate the need for a scribe from the case for changing the EHR
Axxess's upcoming ambient agent is a reason to ask about timing, not by itself a reason to replace every agency workflow. AutoMynd's EMR proposal requires a different decision about data conversion, interfaces and office training. Create separate scopes and budgets for each path. Use a fictional assessment with one unsupported response, a medication discrepancy and a late referral document. Have the reviewer return two questions and the clinician accept one correction while declining the other. Compare the signed record, supporting evidence and audit history. Repeat the final handoff using the actual integration if the agency is retaining Axxess.

Ask for the specific module package and supported connection. AutoMynd publishes individual product pages and a full EMR, but those pages do not establish every Axxess integration or purchasing arrangement. Verify data flow and commercial scope.
