Our recommendation
We recommend Enzo Health first when the brief includes a current EHR option and connected scheduling as well as intake, documentation and QA. For an existing-EHR deployment, compare Roger’s proposed modules with Lime’s shipping products and keep future EMR functionality outside the initial acceptance criteria.

A supported EHR brand is only the first question
Build a matrix with one row per product, rather than accepting a single integration logo. Lime says Sentinel support starts with Homecare Homebase while additional systems are onboarding. That is narrower than assuming every product works wherever the scribe works. Have Roger identify the exact forms supported by each proposed module too. Test a transferred correction, not just initial population, and assign responsibility for errors caused by changed EHR layouts.

Give admissions and QA different success measures
For intake, count referrals needing manual correction and unresolved admission decisions. For automated review, count useful findings, mistaken flags and cases staff cannot close. Faster arrival of a finding is not the same as a completed correction. Require separate pilot results and prices before bundling these workflows. If the buying committee also wants scheduling and billing ownership to move, evaluate Enzo’s present EHR scope rather than assigning current value to Lime’s later roadmap stages.

Choose Roger Healthcare when…
- The proposed Roger configuration covers the intake and charting forms your agency needs.
- You want internal coders to inspect editable coding recommendations.
Consider Lime Health AI when…
- You specifically want to pilot Sentinel in a currently supported EHR.
- A per-chart and per-review proposal matches your measurable workload.
A demo that will reveal the difference
Start with a duplicate referral arriving through two channels. After admission, submit a routine note with a medication discrepancy and a conflicting order. Ask both vendors to show the staff-visible exceptions, then have QA reject one incorrect finding. Compare time to resolution and count each billable event in the quoted package.
Common questions
Does Lime’s EMR roadmap make this an EHR replacement comparison?
No. The reviewed roadmap still distinguishes shipping AI products from the complete EMR vision. Purchase against capabilities available for your deployment today.
Can Sentinel be assumed to support every Lime EHR connection?
No. Its published rollout starts with Homecare Homebase. Obtain explicit support confirmation for the product and EHR combination you intend to buy.
