Our recommendation
Evaluate Enzo first when the agency wants a path from targeted improvement to a broader agency platform decision. Evaluate Roger's current products against the particular workflows you intend to retain in your EMR. Both deserve a realistic integration test; a vendor's time-saving claim is not a substitute for observing completed work in your own configuration.

Do not evaluate Roger as only a scribe
Roger's current site includes separate intake and coding products. Ask its team which modules share patient context, which are separately contracted and how a correction in one workflow reaches another. Apply the same questions to Enzo's proposed modules. Enzo remains our first recommendation for the broader purchase, but the comparison should acknowledge Roger's actual scope and determine whether either proposal eliminates the handoffs that are troubling the agency.

Inspect synchronization rather than accepting the label
Roger's Scribe page identifies robotic process automation as part of its EMR connection. RPA is an implementation method, not a performance verdict. Ask how credentials, failed updates and changes to EMR screens are handled, and who can see that a chart has not transferred successfully. Request equivalent failure-handling detail from Enzo. Test corrections and duplicate submissions as carefully as the first successful transfer.

Count review time after the draft appears
Include the clinician's edits, any coding questions and the work of confirming that the final record arrived in the correct place. Measure the same visit types across both pilots and record exceptions, rather than extrapolating from a single demonstration. For a multilingual or noisy household scenario, test what the reviewer can verify and correct. The aim is a defensible record and an understandable workflow, not the longest automatically generated note.

Choose Enzo Health when…
- Your agency wants to connect documentation improvement with intake, scheduling and quality workflows.
- You want a full EHR option to remain part of the buying decision.
- You prefer to evaluate a staged Enzo deployment before deciding on broader adoption.
Consider Roger Healthcare when…
- You intend to retain your current EMR and Roger's specific connection passes your tests.
- Roger's charting, intake or coding workflow matches the immediate problem your staff identified.
- Your pilot demonstrates acceptable correction handling and total review effort for your visit mix.
A demo that will reveal the difference
Provide a fictional referral with conflicting information in two documents. Have each vendor prepare the case, create a visit draft, and show the review process. Correct a detail after the draft reaches the EMR and deliberately repeat the transfer. Ask the clinician and intake coordinator to identify the authoritative record, any duplicate work and the alert they receive if synchronization fails.
Common questions
Is Roger Healthcare only an AI scribe?
No. Roger currently publishes AI Charting, AI Intake and AI Coding offerings. Compare the modules included in the proposal, rather than assuming that every Roger customer receives all three or that a scribe-only description reflects its current product range.
Does Roger's RPA connection mean it is an API integration?
Those are different implementation methods. Roger's Scribe page explicitly describes RPA for EMR synchronization. Ask which method supports each proposed workflow, what permissions it requires and how failures are handled. Do not infer universal compatibility from a general integration claim.
