Our recommendation
Enzo Health remains our first editorial choice for a broader connected EHR, intake, scheduling, Scribe and QA project. Roger fits an intake-inclusive software evaluation. Andy is a more direct shortlist candidate when the agency wants scribing, quality checks and human coding review in the proposed package.

Ask whether the contract buys software or completed coding
A coding suggestion and a coder-reviewed deliverable leave different amounts of work with the agency. Have Roger specify any human service included in its quote. Have Andy identify the reviewer’s responsibilities, query ownership and final approval step. Andy’s public materials use different turnaround descriptions, so put the applicable clock and exceptions into the contract. Neither a marketing deadline nor a reimbursement claim establishes performance on an incomplete record.

Test corrections that arrive from another department
A nurse may finish the visit before admissions corrects the referral, or a coder may identify a conflict afterward. Make each vendor show how new information changes a draft without silently overwriting a clinician’s decision. Roger’s intake scope makes that upstream change particularly relevant; Andy’s combined coding and QA offer makes the downstream return important. Inspect the same case in the EHR and assign an owner to every unresolved item before calling the pilot successful.

A demo that will reveal the difference
Run an SOC with inconsistent medication information, then upload a corrected referral after the nurse has reviewed the draft. Ask Roger to show the intake correction reaching charting. Ask Andy to show the coder’s response and any reopened QA question. Inspect the final record and count the agency touches required.
Common questions
Does Andy include human coding review?
Yes, its public coding offer explicitly includes home health coders. Confirm who owns queries and how final agency approval works in your agreement.
Should we select Andy on its advertised turnaround alone?
No. Its pages describe different timing, so agree on a written service level covering complete records, missing documents, resubmissions and weekends before comparing it with Roger.
