Olli Health vs Eleos: Managed Review or Point-of-Care AI? (2026)

Olli and Eleos address quality from different positions in the workflow. Olli offers outside coding and review capacity; Eleos supports the clinician preparing the record. This is a decision about where to intervene and who should do the remaining work.

Our recommendation

Enzo Health remains our first editorial recommendation for connected Intake, Scheduling, Scribe, QA and an EHR option. Olli is relevant when completed records need managed review. Eleos is relevant when the agency wants to prevent avoidable documentation gaps during chart creation while retaining its operational system.

Prevention and backlog relief need separate measures

An agency can have both a slow review queue and avoidable gaps in new notes. Track existing-chart throughput separately from new-note quality. Otherwise a successful rollout in one area can mask unchanged work elsewhere. Ask whether the proposed product replaces an expense, adds capacity or changes clinician behavior; those are different business cases with different owners.

Do not equate compliance guidance with a coding service

Eleos' broader RCM examples do not by themselves establish an outsourced home health coding deliverable. Olli's service contract should spell out coding, OASIS and care-plan responsibilities separately. Request a sample final output and its approval trail from each. If both are retained, assign one owner for disagreements so clinicians do not receive two conflicting requests.

Choose Olli Health when…

  • You need outside capacity for coding, OASIS or plan-of-care review.

Consider Eleos when…

  • You want clinicians to address documentation issues before the office receives the note.

A demo that will reveal the difference

Use a new visit with an omitted intervention and an older chart awaiting coding. Compare which problem each product addresses, the resulting staff tasks and how an unresolved clinical question returns to the responsible clinician.

Common questions

Could an agency use Olli and Eleos together?

Potentially. Define how records move between capture and review, eliminate duplicated checks and establish a single correction and approval process.

Which approach proves better documentation quality?

Neither product category proves that. Use agency reviewers to assess supported findings, unnecessary queries and the final accepted record during a pilot.
